Eat healthy food

Eating healthy food is important for everyone; it helps you stay fit, healthy and full of life.
Some people think it is difficult have a diet, but this is not true. the important thing is to eat a balance foods.

Foods containing starch, like bread and pasta give us energy, while fruit and vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals.vegetarian diet should also include leafy green vegetables and wholegrain bread. Growing children need to eat foods wich contain calcium, including milk, yogurt and cheese.

I guess if we have a food valance, we could live for a long time and have a good body, and of course a good condition life.

But, it is your desition.
